總統府築體代表國家，繁體字是我們的國字。總統府象徵台灣的精神建築，全世界獨有的繁體中文字與注音拼音是台灣的國字與發音原理。繁體中文字的筆畫與結構，是完美且平衡的。台灣建築物繁複細緻的構成與繁體字所拼湊起的筆畫有異曲同工之妙。使用台灣總統府結合了歷任總統名字解構與注音符號組成獨特文化的台灣視覺感。
The Presidential Office Building symbolizes the spirit of Taiwan. Traditional Chinese characters represent the national writing system of Taiwan, and the zhuyin phonetic alphabet is a guide to pronunciation. The strokes that form Traditional Chinese characters are perfectly balanced. This feature is shared by the complex but delicate architecture of buildings in Taiwan. Combining the deconstructed names of the previous presidents of Taiwan in the Presidential Office Building structure and the phonetic alphabet provides a visual sense of the unique Taiwanese culture.
